Phoenix Shows Off BIOS That Boots in Under a Second

Engadget recently had a little chat with a well-known BIOS produce, Phoenix. Phoenix now has a BIOS that boots up in under one second, with a full desktop loaded after 20 seconds. What’s better is that fact that this demo computer is running Windows 7. Take a look at the video:
If that’s not impressive, I’m not sure what to call it.
