MSNBC Learns a Lesson About Online Social Media The Hard Way [Warning: Strong Language]

MSNBC LogoToday, MSNBC learned to not let anyone outside the company control its own brand online. They learned it the hard way. The supposedly “official” MSNBC Headlines Twitter account [now suspended] started publishing a series of very strong-language tweets [see below]. According to MSNBC, the account, which originally only sent out MSNBC headlines, was never in their possession. Though, they never really took control of it.
