Starting November 9th BlackBerry App World Will Offer Themes?

According to the folks at BlackBerry Cool, they have been getting tips that starting November 9th Research In Motion will start offering themes on the BlackBerry App World. The rumor has not been confirmed yet. Although, this is not the first time I hear about it.
If true though, this could be a very smart move by RIM, considering many BlackBerry addicts change themes as often as they change underwear. All we have to do is be patient and wait.
