Grand Theft Auto Coming to The iPhone/iPod Touch Soon

iPod Touch - GTAWow! Rockstar Games is on a roll. On Sunday, August 30th, they released screenshots of the upcoming GTA: The Ballad of Gay Tony. On Monday, August 31st, Rockstar Games announced that Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars will be available for the iPhone and iPod Touch this fall.

Since Chinatown Wars was originally designed for handheld game devices like Nintendo DS and Sony PSP, Rockstar Games said some textures of the iPhone/iPod Touch version will look “low-res” compared to the devices mentioned above.

Another problem the game may face is the dreadful Apple application approval process. Chinatown Wars just like the other Grand Theft Auto series contains sexual content and vulgar words which is a big No-No to Apple. Time will determine the outcome.
