Spotify For iPhone, A Soon-To-Be Reality

We recently posted about Spotify, the soon-to-be reality on United States computers. While this application is absolutely fantastic (and I use it nearly everyday), the creators have come out with some even better news. The news? All of the desktop goodness of Spotify – on your iPhone. The Swedish-based developer has just submitted the application to Apple, meaning it could be out within a few weeks (you know how slow Apple can be). This is revolutionary, and its having many wonder if Apple will approve it, simply because it may deter users from actually purchasing music from their iTunes store.

Spotify ‘mobile’ is expected to be a subscriber-only application.
