PlayStation 3 Firmware 3.41 Causing Hard Drive Upgrade Issues

It would appear as if the latest firmware update for PlayStation 3, version 3.41, is creating some issues for those who are attempting to upgrade their console’s hard disk drive.
A thirty-page thread on the official PlayStation forums has revealed that the issue is more widespread than anyone would have initially thought it was, with users simply getting a “no applicable data” error message after installing the update (some have even ended up with a corrupted hard disk drive as a result).
The root cause of the issue is speculated to be a new feature in 3.41 which allows for “incremental patches”. In addition, the issue only seems to be affecting consoles with the firmware loaded on the hard disk drive as opposed to the system’s memory.
Sony has yet to make an official statement on the matter. Stay tuned. In the meantime, video of the issue is appended after the break.

Com o meu Ps3 fat deu tudo certo.
Mais eu acho que a Sony se arrisca demais fazendo esses excessos de atualizações praticamente inuteis.Quando acontece esses problemas quem vai ser o responsavel:o consumidor ou a empresa?
What?
