Kindle Temporarily Out of Stock

Amazon Kindle Out of Stock

It seems as the Amazon Kindle is currently out of stock. According to reports, the device has been marked as “temporarily out of stock” for more than 24 hours now [pictured]. Usually, Amazon provides an estimated date of availability. In the past, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos has even issued an apology statement regarding the unavailability of the Kindle. Today, however, the company has remained quiet. Instead, Amazon is promoting its new Graphite Kindle DX on its homepage.

Some speculate that Amazon will introduce a new version of the Kindle in August, as previously rumored. Although the most logical explanation is that Amazon has simply ran out of stock. We can expect the device to become available again soon.
