Nexus One Specifications Surface

Courtesy of Engadget, we’ve obtained the full specs of the Nexus One, previously called the Google Phone. Engadget reports that the device may start as invitation-only, meaning any average (Android addict) Joe will be denied access to his/her dream device.
The device is 11.5mm thick, sports a 5 megapixel camera, 512MB of RAM, a 3.7-inch WVGA AMOLED screen, and runs on Android 2.1. Amazingly, the device will not work with AT&T’s 3G, but only utilizing AT&T’s EDGE.
