The moment we have all been waiting for all day today is here. Vevo has officially gone live! You can visit the website at www.vevo.com. There’s a big Launch bash going on in New York City as of this writing. Some of the exclusive guests include Google CEO Eric Schmidt and Bono, who will be presenting unknown details about the website. In addition, new videos from 50 Cent, Mary J Blige, and Mariah Carey will be exclusively premiering tonight.
Check out Vevo and let us know what you think of the new promising online music website. There might be some trouble loading the page, as there’s a lot of users trying to view the newly unveiled website at the same time.
Update: False alarm, they seem to have put down the website. You are once again redirected to the Vevo Blog. The waiting continues.
Update 2: As of 6:11 PM Pacific Time, it appears to be live again. Hopefully, this time is for real. Proof below.
