Teenage Boy Calls 911 After Xbox Taken Away By Parents

angryxboxteenSometimes kids simply don’t get their way. Many of them will just take their punishment and accept it. Others, well, they dial 911 and seek help from the local police agency.

That’s exactly what happened not too long ago in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. A 15-year-old boy dialed 911, and hung up mid-call. Of course, law dictates that a law enforcement agent must pay a visit when a 911-hangup comes through, and soon an officer showed up.

There was no blood, no murder, no stabbing, or any cases of narcotics. Nope — not here. The boy had dialed 911 (presumably to threaten) to report that his parents had taken away his Xbox. Officers were asked by the boy upon arrival if the confiscation was within his parents’ rights.

Yes, they were, dear child. And the boy was soon pwned by learning that he should probably listen to his parents, seeing how they’re his parents and all. No word on whether or not the boy received a dirty beating after the incident by his folks.
