Vevo To Launch on December 8th

Remember Vevo? The last time we wrote about the site was back in May, and the site has been mostly out of the press since then — until now. In a tweet this evening, the new music website stated that they will officially be launching on December 8th, 2009.

The site has already been labeled as the Hulu for music, and from what we hear, it’s a great alternative to less-than-perfect quality music videos and audio on YouTube. We attempted to gain access to the website last month, but were kindly informed by Vevo’s press team that media outlets would not be given a preview of the site.
