Laugh of the Day: Palm Pixi Wants to Be a Palm Pre – Seriously

Ah, the humble Palm Pixi. Some might say it’s better than the Palm Pre, others might not. These people’s opinion do not count. What really counts is how the Pixi feels about its older sister, the Pre. To find that out, just take a look at the image above of a new, completely just out-of-the-box Palm Pixi. She wants to be a Pre.

In case you have not figured it out yet. Instead of sending emails with “Sent from my Palm Pixi” as the default signature, Palm Pixi’s emails are sent with “Sent from my Palm Pre.” This is not the first time we see mistakes on mobile platforms, but I personally think this is quite funny.

Just to be clear, I’m not making fun of it.
