Sprint Messes Up Palm Pixi Ad

Sprint Palm Pixi

Sprint has rolled out a new ad for the holidays promoting the Palm Pixi with Wi-Fi capabilities. The problem is: the Palm Pixi won’t be equipped with Wi-Fi. I don’t want to sound highly critical since I make quite a few mistakes myself, but someone has not been paying attention to the reports about the Pixi.

This is not the first time Sprint messes up an ad. Previously, they have advertised a Palm OS powered Motorola Q2. Yes, the actually wrote Palm OS, not webOS. Another time, Sprint claimed the Palm Pre would have tethering capabilities, which it didn’t.

What’s next?
