Talk about bad timing. Let us know in the comments below how the service is in your area. We’ll update as soon as we find out more.
Update: Service was restored as of early this morning, and T-Mobile is investigating the “root cause of the incident.”

On Tuesday(Nov.3rd) around 6pm i was sending texts but no one was receiving them. Then i was receiving texts but couldn’t send any and no incoming or outgoing calls. AND THENNNN no signal in or out at all. It’s Thursday 9:20am already. WTTFFF!!!!
I think this will be a good tool for me to tell t-mobile I’m sick of their crappy service and unhelpful customer service staff, i went into a store branch yesterday to talk to someone about the interuption, and was briskly and impatiently ignored. literally ignored. I want out, thanks but no thanks T-Mobile.
