The micro-blogging fanatics around the world are at their knees, crying, hoping, maybe even praying for a speedy solution.

TechCrunch reports that the site became “partially live” as of 08:16 Pacific, but it appears to have collapsed again.
When will the Earth begin rotating again!?
Update: It is currently 11:48 AM Eastern, and it looks like Twitter is back up and running.
