This is one of those “why didn’t I think of this” type of websites that has incredible potential and we look forward to seeing where it goes from here. We had the chance to ask co-founder Brett Reilly a few questions:
When was Instant Jury founded?
“Beta site launched in November ‘08 with official launch in March ‘09″
Whose idea was Instant Jury?
“Steve Pitt and I came up with the idea while constantly arguing with friends over fantasy football.”
How would you measure your success thus far?
“Incredible. From having very few users during the beta period to now having users in the thousands, the site has been well received internationally.”
What do you look forward to with Instant Jury?
“We have a video option for adding evidence. We hope that the users start to give their testimony over video as that is the way the internet is moving.
<sarcasm> No word yet as to when/if the site will handle real-life murder/robbery/fraud cases. </sarcasm>
