iPhone 3GS Jailbreak Now Available For Mac

applelogoWe reported last week on the jailbreak available for the iPhone 3GS, but, it was only available for Windows at that time. Now, Mac users can join the fun – because it looks like George Hotz has posted the Mac version on his site, located here. The simple Purplera1n (no idea where the inspiration for the name comes from) website now both the Windows and Mac logos, as appropriate for your system.

Not only has the site been updated with the Mac-compatible version, there have also been improvements made to the Windows version, of which we are unaware of.
