China Blocks Some More Google Services

The Great Firewall of China is now blocking access to various Google services, such as Google.com (though, apparently Google.cn is functioning fine) along with Gmail (gasp), Google Reader, Google Apps. TechCrunch has also reported based on tips they have received that such services as Google Talk and Google Books have also been blocked.
Is anyone here really shocked? China’s being an over-protective parent at this point and before long, the Chinese people are going to get pretty pissed off and raise hell.
Come on now, do you really need to block Gmail and Google Talk, at very least? Way to cut off the communication, China.
